"If there were a way to give Living Local 6 stars, we would do it. We engaged Robyn and her team to find us the perfect place for our relocation to Lisbon and they delivered! One of the things we loved about them from the beginning was the collaboration. Robyn took the time to sit down and get to know us and to understand our specific needs. Then she went to work to make it possible. Her fluent Portuguese, savvy negotiating skills and turn-key business approach all gave her the edge to find and deliver the perfect property. We highly recommend Living Local for anyone relocating to Portugal."

"When relocating to Portugal last year, securing an apartment was the most daunting task. We were unable to be in Portugal for an extended time pre-move, so with Robyn's help, we did everything remotely. She sent us listings, contacted agents, did video walkthroughs, and ultimately secured our contract. It was nice having all steps of the process through Living Local — even the lawyer review of the contract and the setting up of our utilities and phone. She was extremely available to answer our questions and ease our anxieties. We landed the most beautiful apartment, and we are so happy here."

"Robyn was amazing. She supported us seamlessly in our search for a new home, through viewings and dealing with agents, to contracting, legals and admin. We were able to put our complete trust in her ability to help us through hurdles. Thanks to Robyn's expertise and persistence we were able to find a place we love in a very challenging property market. Thank you Robyn — we couldn't have done it without you."

"Robyn was incredibly helpful. I was searching for an apartment around Cascais under new government regulations that were still partly unfamiliar to everyone involved — banks, mortgage brokers, agencies and me. Robyn went the extra mile to communicate with all parties and made the entire process feel smooth and manageable. Beyond helping me with the purchase itself, I truly appreciated all the support Robyn continued to provide afterward. It made the whole experience much easier and genuinely enjoyable."

"As an American who had only been in Portugal a short time, I was out of my depth when it came to the legal issues and customs related to securing a long-term lease in another country. Living Local were great. My agent asked pointed questions that helped me clarify what I wanted and then listened to my answers. I found them to be incredibly knowledgeable about all the hurdles facing expats who are relocating to Portugal. I have recommended them numerous times to ex-pat friends and will continue to do so."

"Robyn was absolutely amazing in our move. We were very nervous for our big international transition, especially with a cat. Robyn was there every step of the way, from FaceTiming apartment tours to helping us figure out where to find everyday items locally. We are extremely happy we worked with Robyn and we recommend Living Local to future immigrants, expats, and anyone else."

"Robyn was a great help to us and liaison to agents as we pursued rental listings in Lisbon. Focusing through our thoughts and preferences with her advice on locations and available apartments. She was dogged in pursuing agents for appointments to see the units and video them for us. Definitely recommend."

"Robyn was extremely quick and helpful when we were looking to rent our first place in Lisbon. She was also very honest when doing viewings on our behalf and I've never felt pressured to make a decision. The whole process took less than a month and she made our move a lot easier and less stressful."

"Living Local are an absolute delight to work with. I loved my agent's professional, comfortable, and friendly approach. She gave us relevant and realistic information always, and her knowledge of this business and the way things work in Portugal have been a great advantage. From the house search and viewings, to the detailed admin and back and forth involved in meetings, contracts and signings, she had us covered every step of the way. They go the extra mile. Their work ethic is admirable. I highly recommend working with them."
